About Dumbrava Vlăsiei
The vision of an urban village of the future today, in the middle of nature, is unloaded through an exceptional functional and aesthetic construction. The infrastructure in Dumbrava Vlăsiei, completed before the first land was sold, is built to the highest standards, with the perspective and care of the future. Absolutely necessary elements, such as street lighting, paving, fiber-optic internet utilities, water, sewerage, sanitation and security, are complemented by others that go beyond local standards.
We have allocated major investments for our own groundwater pumping, filtration and treatment plant. We added to them our own modular and ecological treatment plant with biological filters. In addition, we have built a unique feature for Romania - the "rain water buffer", a buffer pool for rainwater, designed, cautiously, for summer storms or "rain of the century", exceptional events that occur about three times in 100 years. No less important are the weather station that coordinates the automatic irrigation program of public areas, as well as its own telecommunications tower, necessary for an adequate signal on the entire surface of the development. All this is organized in a separate area of utilities, which does not bother residents.
To this modern, fully functional village, we have added public and social spaces. Our central park, landscaped and recreational, currently has 2.2 ha and has reached the maturity of vegetation. In the perspective of development, the park will expand uniting the 5 villages through approximately 15 hectares of green space. Other smaller parks in the vicinity are already arranged between adjacent streets to create green islands with vegetation, trees and shrubs.
Residents benefit from an outdoor space dedicated to sports recreation, which includes facilities for tennis, petanque, basketball and table tennis. The area will be completed in 2026 with the opening of a multifunctional community club, the result of an architectural competition. With the launch of the second phase of the project, the development of commercial spaces, as well as those intended for restaurants and cafes, will also begin.
