DUMBRAVA VLĂSIEI UN LOC UNIC ÎN ROMÂNIA

Dumbrava Vlăsiei is for us the courageous mission to grow a unique and new community for Romania. In an oasis of peace protected by the forest, in harmony with nature, people fulfill their desire to build their own architectural emblems, the ones they imagined together with inspired architects. Attracted by the biodiversity of the place, with its own dynamics, the families from Dumbrava Vlăsiei find here the freedom to live and to prosper in their beautiful rhythm and way.

Dumbrava Vlăsiei is a large area with meadows, forest and parks. A place where you breathe the outdoors. A community of values, open minds and new ideas, possible through the understood and assumed respect for everything that is a quality home: neighbors, nature, facilities.

Today, Dumbrava Vlăsiei is a mature project - a tangible, built reality of a standard settlement with the comfortable facilities of a modern city, with already moved residents, living the ethos of the place, and many others gradually joining the community. Dumbrava Vlăsiei grows. Another four villages will be added to the existing one, in a final set of 5 villages and 1000 dwellings. It is an organic growth to which we, the developer, and the owners alike contribute. We build together, in a common vision, but also in personal expressions, a new urban dwelling in a natural space.
